Demand Mitch McConnell keep his word and protect Dreamers!

In January, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) promised to hold a vote on protections for Dreamers — the 800,000 young people President Trump has threatened with deportation.

It's time for McConnell to keep his word!

This crisis, which threatens the livelihoods of innocents who have known no home but the United States, was manufactured entirely by Donald Trump when he rescinded President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA).

Dreamers have broad bipartisan support, but McConnell has refused to allow a vote because it would embarrass his party's president. Holding him to his promise is the best chance Dreamers have to avoid deportation — but we know better than to trust McConnell.

Without an act of Congress, Trump's cruel deportations will begin March 6th, so we don't have much time.
