Stop the city from creating and changing ordinances to take away our personal rights as property owners

We need signatures to change an ordinance City of Bourbon passed saying we can not park on unapproved parking area on our property, meaning we can not park on our grass! The city of Bourbon needs to change the way they change and create city Ordinances and the way they reach out to residents. Simply putting a post on a bulletin board in city hall is not sufficient! We the people who pay taxes and elect the city Alderman and Mayor deserve more!
