Justice needs to be served in Midland, Texas for the two mommas and baby pet rats killed in anger by a jealous boyfriend named Chris Heredia and discarded in the dumpster for his girlfriend to find! This horrible monster of a man decided to take out his angry frustrations upon his ex girlfriend's pet rats after she started moving out from a shared apartment with him. She had left the rats there thinking that they would be safe until she found them homes, but sadly this lowlife scumbag of an ex boyfriend extinguished their lives to get revenge on her. These poor unfortunate animals have little protection under the laws against cruelty and yet they are really intelligent and caring creatures? Just because something is small does not mean it should be of lesser value? Please sign this petition and add your voice to speak out for the tiny animals that have no voice, little protection to keep them safe from human monsters such as Chris Heredia! Demand that the Midland Texas Police Department and the SPCA of Texas file charges of animal cruelty against Chris Heredia and that he serves jail time for killing these animals!
