Demand the police to arrest and prosecute the 3 individuals to the fullest extent of the law for dropping off 2 cats at Wawa and running over one cat, killing him!

On March 20, 2026, 3 people - 2 male and 1 female, in a blue Chrysler, Town and Country, vehicle, with NY plates, dumped 2 cats outside of Wawa on Mosier Farm dr./7 bridges rd. in East Stroudsburg, then ran over one of the cats killing him. Wawa claimed to have given the 3 individual's information, who used a Wawa rewards card to make purchases in Wawa, to the Pennsylvania State police, no. 570-619-6480, who are in charge of that area. Please contact this police department and urge them to arrest and prosecute these 3 individuals to the fullest extent of the law!
