My 3 daughters' father is a registered sexoffender in Utah and is very abusive, and even though there is SUBSTANTIAL evidence of this proof, the courts in Utah ruled him in favor of full custody. I fought for over 2 years to keep him away from my kids knowing how abusive he is. He's managed to manipulate the courts to this ruling and even get MY visitations stripped down to supervised 1 hour visits 2 times a week. I have even filed an appeal for this and we go to court on May 11 for this. I need for 1 to raise funds to hire a good attorney and 2 appeal this because he's not even, under the classA restriction supposed to be around ANY child under the age of 18. I don't know what would possess the courts to allow this. I need help and support and signatures to help reverse this. Thank you.
I also have a fundraiser on fundrazr to raise funds for a private attorney, and also to get suggestions and support for this nightmare. Please sign this petition before May 5th so I can prepare it and take it to the May 11 appeal court hearing (I DID file for an appeal). With the fundrazr page, I'm trying to raise funds by May 1st as to give the new lawyer substantial time to prepare the case - but $2,000 plus other associated expenses is a lot, I really need help quick.

Please, if you sign and leave a comment, I think it would be helpful to let the courts know what you all individually think should happen in this case with these girls and what your feelings are. Its up to you if you want to do this or not, but it would be helpful.
