To the residents of the Church St area, and all the surrounding streets that are close to and directly adjacent or behind the Sirrine Stadium. Mr. David R. Stone has purchased all of the property in the vicinity and is currently in negotiations with Wal-Mart. They want my piece of property which is the remaining piece of property to begin the work and construction in the area of S. Church Street. This property is the last piece of property and all of the other property owners in the area either lost their property by tax sale or direct purchase by David Stone Sr, I want the area to be upgraded and beautified, just like everyone else does however, I won't be manipulated or bullied into giving it to them for their price. This property if frontage on Church Street and their offers are nowhere near the price that will be accepted. To the residents, I know you do not want a Wal-Mart in this area, but I am not against them, I just will not allow them to strong arm me into giving it to them. Please sign my petition to Block their efforts. This will hopefully block anything they are trying to do unless they get the approval of the people that have owned and lived in the Community for a long time.
