Help Easy Weenies Stay Open Late Night Hours

Easy Weenies is a food cart set up on the south side of Bethlehem. It is family owned by brothers Chris Morales & Michael Hernandez. They have been opened for about two years now and have grown to being open late nights Monday - Saturday 12am-4am serving not only bar patrons but people who serve the community and work 3rd shift hours.

The community economic development committee recently made a recommendation to close easy weenies Monday-Wednesday and close at 3am Thursday-Saturday.

This would strictly regulate the business hours and not allow Easy Weenies to serve the community to the fullest.
