My daughter has lost custodyof her daughter to a severe domestic violator after nine years of living with her Mother,Brother and Grandmother in a very loving relationship. The Fathers horrible past was presented in court with live testimonies and jurats of 3 ex-wives 5 stepchildren as well as his 17 years of police records. My daughter has never been in trouble has never drank or do drugs and is a very remarkable Mother and giving person.
Judge gave unsupervised visitations to the father and consequently the child was returned very sick 95% of the time with sometimes a fever of 105degree, always dehydrated,listless and cravings for candy. Doctors and hospital reports presented in court and the Judge changed custody after nine years charging the Mother with Munchousens Disease, which is unbelievalble as my daughter is very much the opposite, always living and eating very healthy and active. Doctors said if it didn't stop she would be asthmatic, well she now has asthma and the father refuses to give her medication and the judge says Mother is scurilous.
Mother was recently was laid off work after 11years with one company. She asked the Judge for leniency in child support and had missed one payment of $602.00, the judge raised the custody to another $60.00 for arrears and $100.00 for fathers attorney per month. She is on unemployment and doesn't know how to continue paying, but she keeps asking for leniency and the judge keeps asking her for more information and more money. The worst thing about this situation is that the child is living a prison like situation, with phony accidents, his constant yelling and mentally tormenting her with threats against our family members and herself, blaming her for everything, has a extremely explosive temper and constantly threatening the mother with phone calls, accusations of horrendous things that he has done, saying she has done them. (typically bait and switch) the judge chooses to believe him and refuses tape recordings, police records and journals.
Can you help, by sending in a petition? i don't know how my daughter is going to keep this up. We were once a very normal loving family and we have tried and tried to keep this child from harm but to only get slammed over and over.
This case is in Douglas County, Nevada with Judge Gibbons., and he has violated Nevada Law continually.
