We, the people of Mother Earth, pledge to live simply:
We will shrink our footprint upon this planet more and more each day;
We will buy only what we need;
We will be careful as to what we buy;
We would buy sustainably produced products
that both the products and their packaging can be Re-Used as many times as possible;
We would recycle what we cant' re-use;
We would compost any food leftovers that we have.
We would shop as little as necessary;
We will conserve water and energy;
We will manage our reproduction and limit our family size consciously;
We will be the voice of the earth in our neighborhood;
We will educate our neighbors to change their ways, to consume less, and to live a more simple life;
We will simply be happy that we are alive and do what we can to ensure that possibility for future generations.
