Please consider signing the petition to stop installation of speed bumps in Mesa Grande. The Board of Directors have begun installation of these without any scientific studies or written protocol. Without intervention via a petition, the Board can continue installing these.
The Mesa Grande HOA Board of Directors (BOD) has begun installation of speed bumps, beginning on Mesa Loop (see photo on left side). Per the Board's statements at the BOD meeting on June 16, their intent is to install additional speed bumps without the consent of the HOA members and without any scientific study or protocol.
By signing this petition you are telling the BOD that no more speed bumps are to be installed without (1) majority consensus of the HOA members, (2) a scientific study being completed in order to determine the need of speed bumps, (3) a published protocol on the type and placement of speed bumps, and (4) the homeowners directly in the area the speed bumps would be installed must agree to having them installed in front of their residence.
PLEASE NOTE: THE PETITION IS INTENDED FOR THOSE THAT ARE AGAINST SPEED BUMPS AND/OR THE TYPE AND MANNER BY WHICH THEY ARE BEING INSTALLED. IT IS NOT INTENDED AS A DISCUSSION BOARD FOR THOSE IN FAVOR OF SPEEDBUMPS AND SUCH POST AND SIGNATURES WILL BE DELETED SINCE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE PURPOSE OF THE PETITION.
