Ohio custodial parent solely responsible for medical bills.

As the state ruling stands now, Ohio custodial parents are liable for all medical bills incurred by children residing with them. We need to enact a law giving CSEA (Child Support Enforcement Agency) the ability to garnish wages from the non-custodial parent to pay the facilities that supplied their services.
We the undersigned would like to see a law enacted giving CSEA (Child Support Enforcement Agency) the ability to garnish wages for medical bills owed by non-custodial parent upon receipt of a bill. As the law stands now a non-custodial parent can not be made to pay without a court hearing which costs money leaving the custodial parent to pay the bill or the attorney. This procedure has to happen every time a new bill is generated as the order is only for bills heard by the magistrate.
Thank you Ted Strickland (governor), those who signed and those who cared but could not sign due to living elsewhere.
