We the population of this inteligent planet are asking, we the undersigned are asking that all Governments make public all the secret activities, knowledge and tecnology related to extra terrestrial intelegence in order to harmonise the sense of truth in our planet, in order to bring relief from the suffering of ignorance and to move into our rightfull state of harmony in our only Planet Earth.
Too much time has passed since the early heads of main organizations classified the masses of population unfit to deal with the truth where extra terrestrial life and contact are taken as occourence .
The world comunities have many acumulating problems and Plain Disclousure would allow a positive recovery within humanity's core hope.
