(1) Currently the UK electoral list only includes paid members until 15th April 2011, if you have become a member after this date, and would like the right to vote in the 2012 UK elections then please sign the petition.
(also applicable to current members who believe that every paid member should have a right to vote as UK law stipulates that the electoral list should be updated every 3 months).
(2) The elections need to be undertaken by an Independent Election commission ("EC") which should be appointed urgently.
Free and fair / transparent Elections cannot be held unless there is an independent EC and EC will make sure that the International Bye laws / PTI constitution is followed and that all processes relating to the election are overseen / managed by this independent elections commission - including any grievances and concerns of the candidates.
