Reject the Proposed Casino Development at Pt Molate

The undersigned local residents reject the false promises of Upstream Point Molate LLC and the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians and urge the City of Richmond to reject the development options presented in the Environmental Impact Statement/Report for Point Molate. 

A massive Casino development project is not in the best interests of the local community, nor will it bring economic vitality or the brighter future that Richmond deserves and desperately needs.   We urge the Richmond City Council to instead pursue alternatives that promote healthy recreation, education programs and sustainable economic development while better preserving open space, historic structures and the unique character of Point Molate.
