Save the Evans children from being victims of Parental Alienation, Endangered safety, and health

We the undersigned wish to express our fear for the safety and well being of Jamie Lynn Evans (9 yrs.) and Ethan Evans, (12 yrs.) (the Evans children) in response to the recent developments in their domestic lives. The Evans children are daughter and son respectively of Mr. Mark Evans of Waterloo and Mrs. C. Evans of Wilberforce.

The situation.
On January the 18th, 2011 one Mr. J. French died from a drug overdose at his home, the basement apartment of his grand mothers house, in the community of Wilberforce, home of the Evans children. Mr. J. French%u2019s supposed room mate and best friend, Mr. B. Stagg is the present intimate partner of Mrs. C. Evans. The Evans children have been frequently left by their mother in the care of both Mr. J. French and Mr. B. Stagg. The possible involvement of Mr. B. Stagg and Mrs. C. Evans in the death of Mr. J. French is cause for our concern.
The apparent ongoing misjudgments of Mrs. C. Evans has continually placed the Evans children into unsafe and dangerous situations. The most recent of which involves the death of Mr. J. French.

We petition that the Evans children be permitted the right to protection from a potentially dangerous living environment. The children's family members are eager to secure a safe environment for their care and well being. Their father is eager and able to ensure a safe and healthy home for the Evans children.
