What to do when a couple are targeting your children

On July 18th 2009, my son was across the street from the park with his friends enjoying the summer, dropped a piece of paper onto the sidewalk...
an adult holler's for him to pick up the paper, so my son being the mannerable young man that he is, he bent over and picked it up, and out of the sky blue this 35 to 40 yr. old man runs out his house elbow my 13 yr. old son to the ground! Put his foot in his chest  wave a stick in his face and percide to holler, curse and threaten to put him in a body bag!!! On top of that the next day after court he calls my house to offer my son free tennis lesson's(how crazy is that?) and  after that his wife calls the police on my 11 yr.old son for a pop can, he gave it to his friend, who drunk the rest of the pop , and discarded the can, but according to her description of the incident ( and i do mean exact description of my son to the toe!) and insist they give him a ticket. Is it just me or is that a form of imtimidation?
