STOP THE BULLYING AT RAGEL RANCH REGIONAL PARK DOG PARK

For over 2 years to date, there has been ongoing BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND LARGE DOGS by agents of both Carol Hart, Director Sonoma County Parks & Recreation Department, & Chiarperson of the State of Califorina Park & Recreation Commission Advisory Committee, & Bert Whitaker, division director, & Karen Collins, Chairperson Sonoma County Park Advisory Commission who arefully aware of the ongoing BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND THEIR LARGE DOGS, which has resulted in public humiliation, degradation, infliciton of emotional distress, dog fights, and lots of anger and hatred. However, Carol Hart, Bert Whitaker, and Karen Collins have chosen to ignore this horrible situation.  Lets help them understand that this BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND THEIR LARGE DOGS is unacceptable, and against public policy.  Lets Close the Small Dog Hour and stop the BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS, AND THEIR LARGE DOGS.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED:

Would like to, yet again, bring to your attention the BULLYING, HARASSMENT, VERBAL ASSULTS, AND THE EXCULSION OF BOTH PET OWNERS AND LARGE DOGS from Regal Ranch Regional Park Dog Park.  

The above referenced situation is out of control, and has been taking place for over 2 years now.  

We are peitiioning you to close the Small Dog Hour, wherein a majority of the above human and animal rights violations take place on a daily basis.

We have brought this to the attention of Carol Hart, Director of the Sonoma County Park and Recreaton Department, Bert Whitaker, Division Director over Sonoma County Parks, and Karen Collins, Chairperson County of Sonoma Park and Recreation Advisory Commission to no avail.

We hope that this petition finally helps bring and end to the above mentioned violations, bullying, and harassments at Regal Ranch Regional Park Dog Park.  

Thanks for taking the time to read our letter, and whole heartedly encourage you to close the Small Dog Hour, were, again, the majority of this bullying, hatred, harassment, and exclusion of paying customers and their dogs are discriminated against, and excluded by agents of Carol Hart, and the Sonoma County Park and Recreation Deparment.
