Child protective services and drug offenders

I have been living in the inland empire since 2008 since then I have been to prison 3 times for drug perafenelia and ex felon in possession of a firearm, going through the system I have made many accointinces several have told me they work for child protective services I also recently found out corona police are paying infoments cash for information I say this because what happens when someone on the streets is jealous of you or has a grudge against you and tells lies to make you look like your at fault for something this can cause alor of people alor of problems is this legal to pay for fails information just to make a bust or take someone kids
