prosecute needless pit bull slayer

In mid Feburary an innocent pit bull happened to wander onto Caisen Greens property. He took out his bow and arrow and shot the helpless dog. He said later after he posted a picture on Facebook bragging about killing the dog, that he was scared of the dog. He posted a picture of the dog saying " this is what happens when a pit bull comes on my property" We need to seek justice for this dog so that Caisen Green does not do this to any other animal because it wanders onto his property.
