Remove Ban on Music Therapy

* Music is a proven healer and has become a much loved activity at BeauMer by many.
* Music therapy and practice has been a welcomed activity for JUST ONE HOUR / WEEK.
* UNTIL a rule was made to ban music in common areas.
* The ban has not only restricted our rights as owners and renters to an enjoyable association, but restricting location has hindered the livelihood of those with accessibility issues.
* Proposal: Ask association for a vote as to if ban is wanted. The majority of association should be heard, rather than just a few who are loud.
