Stop NJ E-liquid Tax

Effective October 1st NJ will start taxing eliquid at $.10 per milliliter! Yes, per MILLILITER! If you are paying $40 for a 120 milliliter bottle of juice that bottle, after 10/1/18, will cost you $52! New Jersey will also hit your local vape shop with a Floor Tax. All stock on the sale floor will be taxed. This yax combined with the juice tax will cause many of the 300+ vape shops in NJ to close. Doing business in NJ is hard enough but now one of the fastest growing businesses will come to a halt. Vapers will not even be able to escape this tax by shopping online. We will still be taxed because the eliquid is being purchased and shipped to NJ. Tobacco products are not seeing an additional tax, only eliquids. PLEASE sign this petition and contact your local legislators to have this tax repealed!
NJ cannot keep taxing it's small businesses and consumers like this, enough is enough!
