STOP THE TRAFFIC

We the homeowners of East Hills do petition the City of Pittsburg, KS to not allow street outlets or inlets be made from East Hills Addition to or from Silverback Addition. Silverback Addition shall have their own street outlets and inlets to their own addition without going through East Hills Addition.
