Las Vegas Property manager Jessica Duran has embezzled over $150,000 from trusting residents at Rancho Verde Apartments leaving resident with evictions and thousands of dollars in past due rent! With nowhere to go residents are frustrated, afraid and resulting to violence on office staff! Advanced Management have ignored several complaints from resident over the past 6 months! Although they are fully aware of what is going on Jessica Duran is only on temporary leave! Resident have been shown know concern for residents situation. Management have not provided any solution and any real concern for the victims or their family! Even though Ms Jessica Duran is on temporary leave of absent and not supposed to be on the property, she continues to roam the Ranch Verde Property asking residents for money and drugs!
In a desperate attempt residents have organized and are uniting to get their voices heard and their story told! Residents have no legal representation and hoping to get enough signatures from residents to start a class action Lawsuit.
