" Demand a pay increase for Jacksonville & Orlando Fl Route"

We as the Employee's have been informed about the new stop that's in Jacksonville, Fl. We are traveling 50 miles more than usually to get to this new stop. It's draining US as the employee's mentally and physically on our body's and it's tiring us out.
We are concerned because the management stresses to us how Safety is the number 1 goal, but if you look at it, by US (the employee's) it's draining us out to the point it's taking a Toll on ALL us. we are trying to stay focus and aware of the state and local laws by trying to comply with the management about being Safe out there on the road.
We as the Employee's" DEMAND" a pay increase for our pains and sufferings.
