Access to boarding houses during lunch time in Queen Ethelburgas College

In September 2018, Queen Ethelburgas College announced that during the lunch time(about 1.30 hours of free time) students are not allowed to stay in a boarding house, Years before, everyone was allowed to enter the house, but this year school has established new rule.
