Remove Corrupt Judge Spero Pines for committing a felony and discrimination against parental rights

Judge Spero Pines is not able to do his job and treats people with no respect and discriminates against men. Judges Spero Pines committed a felony presenting a false document and removing the false document from my trial, he presented the document by yelling at me where are my witnesses and read the document as my testimony. I did not file a document for Witnesses and or testimony. I did see the document in his hand as he read from it. I requested all records from family court no document in file. I have sent a letter to Albany but they responded with insufficient indication of judicial misconduct.
• Family court is discriminating against men pertaining to visitation with their children
• Judge Spero Pines would not change visitation for my 15 & 17 year old even though the children requested the change.Violation against their rights.
• My ex-wife gave my child the court paper to read that I filed in Family Court and blamed my son and turned my child against their father saying I used him to make a change. This is using and hurting your child for personal gain.
• Judge Spero Pines would not let me speak in court and did not want to hear what I had to say but the Mother was allowed to speak freely
• I have every other weekend and Wednesday night because my lawyer said the court thinks the children are better off with the mother. In this day and age this is Gender Discrimination and the New York State Law is ignored.
• Judge Spero Pines said I did not have a good enough reason for the change in visitation. I am a parent with no rights because I am male.
• I can die for the freedom of the people in this country but I do not have equal rights with my children.
