Article IV, Section 4, The Constitution of the United States of America

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence."
The state of Texas has as many Mexicans and South Americans as any other ethnicity and most of them are from the invasion we are having across our southern border. This has not only got to be stopped, according to our Construction, it has got to be reversed.
