REPEAL the Second Amendment. It is obsolete.

Every time a massacre like Parkland happens, the NRA doubles down. This time it's to arm teachers! In answer to this sane people need to double down. REPEAL the second amendment. This repeal would not outlaw guns. Read the entire amendment here:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

A repeal would just mean that the responsibility for firearm regulation would devolve to the states. If a state wants a "well regulated Militia," it could establish one. After the repeal each state would have the right and responsibility to deal with laws pertaining to gun violence. Absent the 2nd amendment, each state would have a sovereign ability to "infringe" on the "right of the people to keep and bear arms." That means to regulate this right. It's time to double down, to REPEAL this obsolete amendment.
