Chip the Monster's, protect our innocent

We want pedophiles to be required before release to receive mandatory RFID IMPLANTS! To many of them slip between the cracks of our crooked system. Many register as sex offenders homeless and many don't register at all. This hopefully will help prevent future offenses. The trauma children suffer is ridiculous, it's our jobs to protect our innocent! Because ALL CHILDREN'S LIVES MATTER!!!!
