Demand the sepreme court to change their ruling on the ripadol lawsiit and generic brands

The sepreme courts ruling that the name brand pharmaceuticals r held responsible for the side effects of the medication risperidol but ruled against that those who took the generic form did not mater and will not hold the generic pharmaceuticals responsible so those that have or had side effects from the generic rispadal rispadone and such should not get compensation and its not ok
