My family is asking for your support by signing our PETITION, to STOP RAPES and other ASSAULTS at Chester AND, to STOP Forcing of PSYCHOTROPIC drugs!
ATTN: For (20) years, we have filed necessary COMPLAINTS about these 'Human Rights' VIOLATIONS, but because they have been COVERED UP for the entire time, the majority of our complaints has returned back to us marked, "UNFOUNDED".
ATTN: After changing the methods that we were using(following Chester's so-call protocal of going through the 'Chain-of-Command), we have gained (2) 'SUBSTANTIATED' COMPLAINTS against (1) Chris Roberts and (2) Scott.
ATTN: On June 23, 2014, Chris Roberts, was taken out of the GYM at Chester, in HANDCUFFS.
NOTE: MY family is STILL seeking MORE support to assist us at getting a RALLY to take place at Chester for David is still being DENIED his CONFIRMED TRANSFER OUT of Chester(which he was NOT sentenced to in the first place).
In his efforts to stop a young lady from being bothered in front of our then home, a gun was flashed at him and he was shot at.
He returned fire, but NOONE died.
ATTN: It has been confirmed (by one COURAGEOUS employee at Chester((Mr. Scott Rhine), that, "I have had YEARS to observe David, played POOL with him and David has confided in I and I can tell you that David, is NOT the problem". "The problem, is the guards"(which we already knew and still does, with our complaints finally being 'SUBSTANTIATED'(and the FOIA phone conversation records, will add to HELPING us prove our case (on David's behalf), against Chester MHC.
