This judge listened to a C.M. opinion with out warrant and acted on it. He then put a stay away order on a disabled person from seeing their grand children. He never met the person, just put a stay away order on him never knowing the truth, when confronted with it. He just blindly turned his head and would not respond.
There has been many issues of Children taken by an agency named APM which he resided over and still this grand parent waits, yet time is continuing and his health is depleting. The C.M. who filed the false allegations was removed , the 2 nd C.M. said the 1st one's allegations were un founded. and as of late we found over 100 Families and Growing Will Sue Philadelphia Family Court and DHS ....Honorable Jonathan Q.
