Get Justin Bieber to play in Vancouver

please,please,please help me make this a reality.
all Canadian and others sign the petition so Justin Bieber can come to Vancouver and possibly perform here too.
that'd be the best. and it'd make my day,week,month,year,life. he's an amazing performer and person. and his music is great he's been everywhere but no Vancouver barely any other parts of Canada so please. I know he has tons of loyal Canadian fans so help me and I'll help you.
