Police accused James Dickie, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico of burning his blind dog's testicles and brutally drop-kicking him. James Dickie was arrested for Felony Extreme Animal Cruelty and still has three other animals living in his home!
We demand these three animals be removed immediately. The complete lack of accountability & concern for the welfare of these 3 animals currently living under the same roof as James Dickie is outrageous.
