On Election Day November 2nd, the state of Missouri passed passed Puppy Mill Legislation known as Proposition B to put an end to puppy mills. The voters were educated about how puppy mills operate, why they're inhumane.
On December 2nd, Missouri State Senator Bill Stouffer officially filed a bill to repeal it. Newly-elected Sen. Mike Parson, is ready to scrap Proposition B right away when Missouri's legislature meets again in January catering to special interests are trying to keep puppy mills open for business, despite what the voters said.
Proposition B passed, the voters of Missouri told the government to shut down puppy mills. We ask Missouri legislators to follow the will of the people and leave Proposition B alone.
