Make our Power Grid Resistant to an Electromagnetic Pulse.

With the increasing tensions between the West and North Korea and possibly Iran in the near future runs the risk of a possible strike somewhere against the United States and/ or our allies. A sure way to disable this and every other technologically advanced is to detonate an electromagnetic pulse (aka an EMP) device and permanently damage the power grid and every thing with a computer operating it.

What I'm proposing is that our government stops dragging its feet, step up and do something to protect its citizens and power grid from attack by outside thteats.
