Stop the Friday Ad advertising the sale of puppies from unregistered breeders

By narrowing down the places the sale of unregistered puppy's can be advertised, it will prevent puppy farms being able to get away with breeding puppy's in poor conditions, using poor breeding lines and dogs ending up in unchecked homes. By only allowing registered breeders to advertise through there relevant kennel clubs this will stop greedy people breeding for money instead of the love of the animals and there breed.
