Demand the psychological evaluation of all Police force current members and Future Members.

It is sad to say that most of our worries and fear is placed upon the police force. The fear that has caused so much attention, so much pain and retaliation of the american people. If we can't trust the police force to protect us who can we rely on? The outrageous number of deaths and abuse by police has been the most trending topic now in America. It levels to this: Placing mentally unhealthy people in a position of power without throughly evaluating them. If we make psychological analysis of all police force members and future member through a qualified Psychologist we can make some change. Most of these people are inapt for this type of position. Which allows them to wave around their magic wand (guns) however they want to impose fear upon the American people mainly African Americans these people have psychological problems and need to be out of service. We need people that want to help, that actually want to stop crimes not cause them.
