I demand the end to foreign aid and abolish the canadian senate

Since 1950 foreign aid has been given to African Asian and Latin american countries today $5.7 billion is given each year these countries have shown no improvement and put no effort to improve themselves as they have become dependant on free money , only the government officals grow rich.  The senate meet 80 times a year Costs tax payers 1 Billion a year , most of them are crooks .
