Stop Bullying Within the DHB's

I'm taking a petition to Parliament to make management accountabole for the bullying within the DHB's. It's about time the top heavy management of the hospitals get off their fat, overpaid behinds and take action. I've talked to so many people who have put up with bullying in hospitals and finally had to resign. I'm one of them. Why should we put up with this? Why can't they do anything to stop it? Some of those people have worked there too long, too set in their ways and have been that way for years. I'm going to make sure this is looked into. It's time to take action. The bullies have been getting away with it for years, it's time to take action against them
