Allowing conjugal visits in Florida prisons

Florida should allow conjugal visits. There are people out there that genuinely just want time with the person they love, and aren't trying to smuggle something in or cause any issues. Allowing conjugal visits would decrease the amount of fights over phones and kiosks to write to their loved ones. It would lift the overall negativity amongst the inmates and create a more positive environment for the COs.
