Stop the immediate use of cats as bait to train dogs for fights in Mexico!

This horrific practice must be overturned. It all begins when an owners approaches the dog, who is on a leash, and begins to tease it by showing him a cat at which point the cat is thrown towards the dog who then mauls it. The cat obviously does not stand a chance, and this shows the extent to which these people are willing to go to keep their operations going. We must put as much pressure as possible on Mexico to end this barbaric practice, once and for all!
