Keep the lights on

With the rising costs of rent and no relief in sight people are forced to try and divide their minimal funds into quarters just to be able to live. For some that may mean not paying a phone bill. For others it may mean not eating. Utilities are rising too thanks to compamies like PG&E. Alot of people are forced to make paymemts on their utility bill only to fall behind due to emergencies. Lets keep the lights on for these people so they are never in the dark, or without gas/heat/air. With summer just around the corner it may come to starving or staying cool.
