Newport Landscaping is a business that owned and operated by Ron and Tisha Newport. It is located and conducted at 1490 Ludlow Road which is zoned agracultural and NOT business. His business and residence it littered with trash, old tires, broken down equipment and verious other debri. (See pictures) He also is storing chemicals on this property and has been witnessed allowing antifreeze to flow directly on the ground.
Mr. Newpoet does not maintain the mowing of his property other then the front and back yard of their residence. There have been voiced concerns about the proper handling of the pesticides that they is storing and contamination of the well water of his and surrounding neighbor's water wells. Raw sewage has also been noted on the property. Testing of the water of the immediate adjacent neighbors is currently underway.
This property is an eyesore and continues to decrease the values of the neighborhood properties due to Newport Landscaping neglecting the maintainence of the property at 1490 Ludlow Road as well as not removing trash and debri.
Please sigh this petition so that Newport Landscaping will realize the hazzards and decreased property values that they are inflicting on their neighbors, as well as clean up the property and maintain it in a neat and orderly fashion and secure all chemicals according to ASP requirements.
