Demand that the FAA ban the private jet CL35 (Challenger 350)

The CL35 is a small private jet that is made by Bombardier and the FAA knows that it is a terrible plane, but will not acknowledge that fact. It emits in flight a horrible high pitched whistling noise, which can be heard for miles ahead and miles after it has passed. The noise is definitely reminding of an air mine in its intensity. Bombardier should be made to change the exhaust and adher to the laws of noise pollution.
