We say No to the development of an all weather soccer pitch on McAuley Park

We, the undersigned, call on the DCC to explore other avenues in order to avoid the building of an All Weather Floodlit Soccer Pitch on the historically-significant McAuley Park, Artane. Additionally we would ask that the DCC investigate remedial works for existing soccer pitches to carry run-off during flood events, in order to ensure that St. Pauls FC and St. Brendan's United can have full use of their designated pitches thereby preserving our communal community park and an important piece of our local heritage.
