Remove Cell Tower from Residential neighborhoods

AT&T placed a cell tower CONCRETE POLE in a residential neighborhood without notifiying any of the residents. Please help us protect our well being.  We have reason to believe these towers may cause serious health issues and decrease property values. PLEASE sign the petition to have it removed immediately.  AT&T claim they have right of way to do so, we say no they don't.
