Jackson/Mississippi Court, give Shay Houston the highest possible sentence for burning a cat alive!!!

A woman who calls herself Shay Houston on Facebook burnt a cat alive and posted it on social media, laughing about the ordeal, I ask the Jackson Mississippi Court to give her the highest possible sentence, that would be up to six months in prison and a $2,500 fine.
