Demand a law that will penalize the people that are bullying others.

A young boy named phil has recently ended his life. He has been suffering from the emotional trauma of being the victim of bullies. I am concerned that more of our youth will be subjected to this abuse in which causes them to want to commit suicide. What I want to happen is for the lawmakers of our society to put in place a law that forbids bullying in our schools and neighborhoods.
