STOP DODGY DEALING NOW. DEMAND AN ESTATE AGENTS OMBUDSMAN

I have been placed in a chain while trying to sell my house to emigrate so far 20 weeks and 3 changed move dates. when trying to complain to Ombudsman am told they are one of 3 groups all estate agents have to belong to and they pay to be members, how is that an impartial OMBUDSMAN. If you are not a customer of the Estate Agent you are complaining about they will not do anything to rectify the problem. LETS HAVE A PROPER OMBUDSMAN TO DEAL WITH THEM AS AT THE MOMENT THEY GET AWAY WITH MURDER. OMBUDSMAN SHOULD BE IMPARTIAL THESE MEMBERSHIP SOCIETYS ARE FAR FROM IMPARTIAL.
